Since 1986, more than 650 participants have graduated from the Leadership Springfield (LS) program and assumed positions of responsibility and leadership in our community.  It’s with great pride that we acknowledge LS’s 25th consecutive year as a locally based leadership development program. 
 
Corporate and individual donor support of LS enables the Springfield community to cultivate future leaders.  Contributions are utilized in many ways such as participant scholarships, offsets to monthly operating costs, graduation ceremony, and networking events.
